Owner and Physical Therapist
Dr. Caitlin Long PT, DPT, CSCS, PCES
I’m a North Jersey native that relocated down to Monmouth County because of my love for the beach and active lifestyle at the Jersey Shore. My passion for physical therapy began after dealing with multiple shoulder injuries from high school softball, which led me into treatment. This experience sparked my interest in the field, and I went on to earn a BA in Exercise Science and Nutrition from The University of Scranton. I continued my education at Arcadia University, where I completed their accelerated program to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
While working in standard outpatient clinics, I noticed that many of the issues I treated in women were rooted in the pelvic floor. This led me to pursue specialized training in pelvic floor physical therapy, which has become a key part of my practice.
When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me enjoying the beach, walking my dog Sadie, or on a mission to visit every ice cream shop I can find.
I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to help my patients and will do whatever I can to support you in achieving your health goals. I am so excited to work with you.

Cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Long! I have been going to her for a month now to help with my back/neck pain and prepare my core for an upcoming surgery. After my procedure I will continue working with her! There is definitely something to be said about 1:1 physical therapy compared to bigger outpatient facilities. The amount of hands on treatment and focus on the patient cannot be matched! As a female too I also feel extremely comfortable with her working on my pelvic floor issues as well!
