For women as early as 2 weeks postpartum to begin the pelvic floor and deep core reconnection. I perform a full body assessessment to identify where you need help and you’ll learn how to properly engage your pelvic floor and deep core to rebuild strength and support your return to the activities you love.

I love helping women take charge of their health, whether it’s recovering postpartum, improving pelvic floor function, or rebuilding strength and confidence after an injury.
