At Built to Move, our mission is to empower women through every stage of life with personalized physical therapy and fitness programs rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep understanding of the female body. After working in traditional orthopedic clinics, I became frustrated with the limitations of insurance-driven care. I was expected to see 3–4 people an hour, and honestly—it never felt right. I couldn’t give patients the time, attention, or quality of care they truly needed.
So I created Built to Move with one goal: to treat fewer people, but serve them better. Mind blown, right? Now, I give every patient a full hour of one-on-one care, every time—so we can dive deep, make progress faster, and actually get you back to doing what you love.
