Helping Active Women Move Freely, Train Smart, and Feel Good Doing It

OUR MISSION

LET'S WORK TOGETHER

At Built to Move, we believe every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and free in her body. Our mission is to support and guide women through life’s transitions with care, understanding, and respect—helping them move with purpose and ease.

We take the time to truly listen—to your story, your concerns, and your goals—so we can understand not just what hurts, but why it hurts and how to prevent it from happening again.

This is more than physical therapy. It’s about giving you back control over your body and your life.

Prenatal Physical Therapy

Postnatal Physical Therapy

We will perform a full body evaluation including assessments for diastasis recti, pelvic floor function, rib cage flare and more. We will address any symptoms you are having such as back pain, neck pain or urinary leakage. We will show you how to optimally reconnect with pelvic floor and deep core, to build a strong foundation for the activities you love. Note: You are never too far postpartum to heal!

Orthopedic & Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Using a holistic, root cause and full body approach we can help optimize your health across the body and lifespan. There is no need for multiple providers to treat different body parts. Your body works as one system and we will help to optimize it’s function.

APPLY FOR HYBRID/VIRTUAL PROGRAMS

It’s common for patients to progress to Hybrid Rehab from in-person care as they improve, or to start here if you prefer fewer in-person visits while still receiving expert guidance. This option is perfect if you want personalized support that fits your busy schedule.

WHO IT'S FOR

  • Your usual workouts are no longer feasible and modifying it yourself feels overwhelming and stressful

  • You want expert guidance but can’t commit to frequent in-person visits—or maybe you’re ready to transition from hands-on care to more independent progress

  • You worry about staying consistent and doing exercises correctly without someone watching your form and keeping you on track

  • You’re done feeling stuck, confused, or like you’re guessing your way through recovery or training.

  • You feel anxious about how you are feeling and concerned about your long term health

  • You want a flexible program that fits your busy life—combining expert hands-on care when you need it, with ongoing coaching and support you can access anytime.

WHO IT'S FOR

  • You want to get stronger and stay healthy for the long haul—but your busy life makes it hard to stay consistent.

  • Maybe you’re nervous about hurting yourself or making existing aches worse, so you hold back instead of pushing forward.

  • You’re done wasting time and money on programs that don’t fit YOU

  • You want real accountability, a plan built specifically for your body and goals, and someone who knows how to keep you safe and progressing.

We start with a full-body assessment to understand your movement patterns, strength, mobility, and any pain or symptoms you're experiencing that’s holding you back. This helps us create a personalized plan that actually fits your goals—no cookie-cutter approaches here.

We lay the foundation with proper breathing mechanics and core coordination. This is especially important postpartum or for anyone with pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, or diastasis recti.

We target areas of tightness or weakness to help you move better and reduce compensations. Whether it's hip, pelvic, or spinal mobility, this stage is about building a strong and supportive foundation.

The Experience

We empower active women by providing personalized, compassionate, and expert physical therapy.

Function & Lifestyle Integration

Hi! I'm Caitlin

I’m a physical therapist specializing in both pelvic floor and orthopedic care, with certifications in strength and conditioning (CSCS), Barbell Rehab, and pelvic floor therapy through Herman & Wallace.

I love working with women who are ready to take charge of their health—whether that’s recovering postpartum, addressing pelvic floor concerns, or simply wanting to feel strong, capable, and confident in their own body again. Most of my clients are open to a more holistic, non-traditional approach and are willing to put in the work to see lasting change.

My style is calm, supportive, and educational. I want my clients to not just do the exercises, but to really understand their bodies and feel empowered every step of the way.

Doctor of Physical Therapy, strength coach, dog lover, and self-proclaimed ice cream enthusiast.
