Conditions we treat

At Built to Move Physical Therapy and Wellness, you’ll work one-on-one with Dr. Caitlin, Doctor of Physical Therapy, every session. This allows for a fully personalized approach focused on your specific goals, symptoms, and lifestyle—without the rushed, high-volume model often seen in traditional clinics.

Our approach is centered around movement, strength, and confidence. We don’t just treat symptoms, we help you understand your body, improve how you move, and build the strength you need to return to the activities you love feeling supported and in control.

While many people associate pelvic floor physical therapy with pregnancy and postpartum, these issues can affect women at any stage of life—and you don’t have to just live with them.
